Product: Hi-Lite Essentials 19V ~ 20V Power Adapter Charger Ordered from AdapterKart – 20 days ago

Alright, here’s the honest (and slightly dramatic) tale of a man, a speaker, and a charger.

First off—props to AdapterKart for packaging this thing like it was carrying the crown jewels. Seriously, I’ve received fragile glassware with less cushioning. So A+ for presentation. The charger looked sleek, clean, and full of hope… just like me when I plugged it into my long-forgotten Bose SoundDock.

Now, here’s where things got interesting. I waited for the speaker to roar back to life with a triumphant “TA-DA!”
Instead, I got… silence. Nothing. Dead as disco.

But I’m not a quitter. I gave it time. Maybe it just needed to warm up. Maybe it was shy. Maybe my SoundDock was ghosting me.
Then I did what any curious human would—I poked, prodded, tilted, and finally discovered: if I held the pin just right (with the precision of a bomb squad expert), the speaker actually started charging! Cue dramatic music.

So here’s my theory:
• The charger works.
• My SoundDock works.
• But the two don’t seem to like each other very much unless I physically play matchmaker every single time. Think long-distance relationship energy.

Now, I’m not here to rant or roast. In fact, I’m giving you guys 5 stars because you clearly tried. You cared. You shipped it fast. And I respect that.
But hey—maybe, just maybe—there’s a version of this charger out there that’s a perfect fit? One that doesn’t need me to babysit it like a nervous chaperone at prom?

If there’s anything you can suggest or send my way, I’d be super grateful. Either way, I appreciate your work and hope this little comedy of errors helps improve the next version.

Still rooting for you,
Aditya (a hopeful audiophile and amateur electrician)
